2. Intended Use & Assumption of Risk

Our accessories are engineered and crafted specifically for consensual horizontal and positional restraint. They are strictly NOT designed, rated, or intended for full-body suspension or dynamic load bearing.

Restraint activities carry inherent physical and circulation risks. The purchaser and participants assume full responsibility for informed, consensual, and safe usage. Users must always observe established safety practices:

• Maintain at least one finger's width clearance between leather and skin to preserve blood flow and avoid nerve compression.
• Never leave an immobilized individual unattended.
• Always keep safety release shears or keys within immediate physical reach.

3. Materials, Hardware & Craftsmanship

All Pact & Rein pieces are handcrafted using authentic full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather and solid metal hardware with champagne gold and darkened finishes. Natural grain striations, range markings, and organic pull-up characteristics are natural attributes of artisanal leather, not defects. Leather naturally softens and patinas with use.

4. Pricing, Currency & Order Acceptance

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($USD) and exclude local sales taxes, shipping fees, or international import duties where applicable. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Pact & Rein reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline orders due to stock availability, billing discrepancies, or regulatory constraints in your jurisdiction.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & RMA Protocol: eligible merchandise must be completely unused, unaltered, and in original packaging within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Trailwood Logistics LLC (d/b/a Pact & Rein), its artisans, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, failure to maintain circulation, or non-consensual use.

In all circumstances, Pact & Rein’s maximum cumulative liability shall be strictly capped at the total purchase price paid for the specific item at issue.

6. Billing Descriptor, One-Time Charges & Discretion

If you have any questions regarding a pending charge on your billing statement, please contact client care at billing@pactandrein.com prior to initiating a dispute with your card issuer.

7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement
