1. Outer Packaging & Labeling
Every parcel is dispatched enclosed in heavy-duty, unmarked kraft cardboard boxes. Neither postal carriers nor housemates can discern the contents from the exterior:

- Customs Descriptions (International Orders): Declared truthfully and discreetly under standard commercial categories (e.g. "Leather Accessories" or "Craft Hardware") with zero intimate or adult novelty terminology on the invoice or carton.
2. Dispatch Lead Times & Delivery Schedules
We craft and finish items in small batches to maintain high craftsmanship standards:
- Permanent Collection Pieces: In-stock pieces undergo final inspection and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.
- Bespoke Sizing: Tailored adjustments require 3 to 5 crafting days before dispatch.
- Tracking Notifications: Tracking numbers are emailed immediately upon carrier pickup. Real-time tracking is provided on all shipments.

4. Signature Confirmation Options
To safeguard against porch theft, all orders exceeding $300 USD automatically require adult signature confirmation upon delivery. If you prefer no-signature delivery, you may specify this in your order notes at checkout or via carrier app once tracking is live.
5. Damaged in Transit Protocol
If your carton arrives visibly damaged or punctured by courier handling, please document the carton condition with photographs before opening. Email concierge@pactandrein.com immediately so our team can file a courier claim and rush an expedited replacement piece to you.
