How your order ships

Every order ships from our workshop partner in China, with tracking. We dispatch within 2 business days of your order. Where customization is required, more time will be required. Delivery to US addresses typically takes about two weeks after dispatch.

Plain outer carton. The brand name and product names do not appear on the outside. The sender name on the label is Trailwood Logistics LLC.

Adult signature

All orders exceeding $500 USD automatically require adult signature confirmation.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will email you a new date. You can then cancel for a full refund.

Damaged parcels

Photograph the carton before you open it, and email support@pactandrein.com. We will file the carrier claim, and then send a replacement or refund you in full.
